Customer Care

I want you to feel confident and cared for when ordering from my shop. If you ever have questions about a painting, shipping, or your order, I’m always happy to help.

Packaging & Handling

All artworks are packaged with care, using protective materials to ensure they arrive safely. Original paintings are always shipped with insurance, and tracking when possible.

If multiple original paintings are purchased in one order, shipping may be combined where it is safe to do so. Because original artworks vary in size, depth, and packaging requirements, some pieces may need to be shipped separately. If checkout overcharges shipping, the difference will be refunded after the safest shipping method has been confirmed.

Refunds

All prints are made to order and are non-refundable. Commissions are custom pieces and are final sale. Original paintings may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are in their original condition. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 14 days and I’ll happily offer a replacement or refund.
